Air jet system allows to increase the capture and containment efficiency of the hood. The air jets keeps vapors, smells and heat confined within the internal hood volume before the effluents are extracted. If needed, there is an option to have integrated air jet fan, which helps to maintain the effective capture, regardless of the supply air flow rate.

 

NWJ exhaust hoods come complete with high efficiency grease filters. Double stage filter is one of the most effective in the market with 98% efficiency for particles over 4μm. It is comprised of two parts – a baffle filter and a mesh filter. Filters are fire-retarding (Type 1) and have been tested.

Specifications:

Exhaust hoods are constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and come fully assembled. If a hood is ordered to include a luminaire(s), it comes fully pre-wired with an electrical box on the top of the hood.
